Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that technology solutions are in alignment with established business strategies and leverage influence to guarantee that execution aligns with long-term goals, architectural framework, and market demands.
Analyze the economic implications of design choices within a structured framework.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to define high-level solution objectives, as well as the necessary documentation and information models.
Engage in the planning, definition, and overarching design of solutions while exploring various alternatives.Review comprehensive designs from delivery teams and offer guidance with accountability.
Provide reference implementations for new solutions, methodologies, and technological products.
Ensure that solutions meet high-quality standards while considering security, cost, performance, and operational efficiency.
Participate in Solution Demonstrations, showcasing the contributions of Release Trains to the overall solution.
Align technological strategies across Release Trains.
Encourage communication and collaboration among Agile teams within the Release Train and relevant stakeholders.
