**Job Description: Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide excellent client service by greeting clients, answering phone calls, and responding to emails in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage the front desk, including handling cash transactions, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with appointment scheduling, patient check-in, and check-out processes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are readily available.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a veterinary setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and veterinarians.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
