We are seeking a skilled Welder to play a vital role in our operations. The Welder will utilize specialized machinery to fabricate and assemble pumps and related equipment as instructed. The primary duty involves welding and constructing metal frameworks and products using welding machines, cutters, shapers, and measuring instruments in accordance with specified guidelines.

• Operate welding machines to construct, repair, and maintain metal equipment and structures of various dimensions.
• Interpret diagrams, sketches, and blueprints to ascertain operations, necessary materials, and timelines for projects.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding and cutting apparatus.
• Handle loading and unloading of equipment and materials as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop and surrounding areas.
• Comply with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations established by the company and regulatory bodies.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Mechanical experience or knowledge is preferred.
• Proficient in using measurement tools and devices.
• Mig stick welding experience is essential.
• Flex Core welding knowledge is advantageous.
• Experience with Heavy Plate/Preheat 1"-4" is beneficial.
• ARC Gouging experience is not mandatory but is a plus.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Physical stamina to engage in continuous exertion, including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting heavy or awkward materials.
