Job Opportunity
At Lewis Clark Early Childhood Program, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Head Start Teacher. This role is a vital part of our program, and we are looking for someone who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of young children and their families.

Key Responsibilities
As a Head Start Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and delivering lesson plans that align with our curriculum, conducting observations and tracking important information, and working with classroom staff to ensure children and families receive the services they need. You will also be responsible for conducting parent visits and conferences, and understanding and developing individual child goals.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field, and experience working with children and families in early childhood settings. You will also need to be willing to work with the right individuals to achieve your degree, and to get further education as needed to acquire or maintain skills. Hours will vary by location, and wage will depend on experience. This position is eligible for full dental and health benefits after 90 days, if working over 30 hours a week.
