About the Job

The Automated Manufacturing Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Operating and maintaining assigned equipment, adhering to standards and best practices;
  • Developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality;
  • Collaborating with Maintenance and Quality teams to resolve issues promptly;
  • Providing basic and advanced maintenance functions, including cleaning, inspection, and lubrication;
  • Supporting line changeover activities and Sanitation efforts;
  • Assisting with troubleshooting and repairs, and participating in Process Improvement Teams (PIT).
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in an automated manufacturing facility utilizing TPM, AM, or similar CI principles;
  • At least 2 years of experience in an automated manufacturing environment with a well-developed TPM or AM program;
  • Experience as a member of a maintenance team;
  • A vocational or associate degree in a manufacturing or related technical field;
  • Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
