Seeking a Production Scheduler for a prominent player in the Industrial sector.

Location: Tulsa, OK – Onsite role

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000

A respected Industrial Manufacturer is in search of a Production Scheduler to oversee all aspects of production planning and scheduling.

The Production Scheduler will be tasked with systematically and accurately organizing and assessing all components and finished products throughout the manufacturing process. This position reports directly to the Production Control Manager and is crucial for ensuring timely delivery of all customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage production schedules based on customer demands, inventory status, and production capabilities.
  • Work closely with the production manager to prioritize tasks and effectively allocate resources.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to respond to fluctuations in demand or resource availability.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all scheduling activities.
  • Analyze performance metrics and production data to pinpoint areas for enhancement and collaborate with the production team to implement necessary improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in production scheduling within a manufacturing context.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Strong communication abilities.
