">This position involves supervising the activities of Licensed Practical Nurses, Unit Assistants, Monitor Technicians, Certified Nursing Assistance, Nurse Technicians, and Unit Clerks that may be involved in the care of patients within the department.
">Responsibilities:
">- Responsible and accountable for a group of patients during a designated time frame.
- Provide care to these patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment/instrumentation, and other healthcare team members.
Requirements:
">- You must have successfully completed a Board Certified Nursing Program.
- A current LA RN License is required.
- You need to hold current BLS and ALS certifications through any International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR) provided courses.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and rotate call.
Compensation:
">The estimated salary for this position is around $62,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience.
