Lead Agile Transformation Engineer

- Oversee and direct multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in alignment with SAFe methodologies, ensuring cohesive collaboration among teams and maximizing value delivery.
- Act as a servant leader and mentor, cultivating an environment of trust, openness, and ongoing enhancement throughout the ART.
- Facilitate essential ART-level ceremonies, such as PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt sessions, ART Sync meetings, and Scrum of Scrums.
- Engage with a diverse array of stakeholders—including product and solution management, architects, and engineers—to ensure strategic coherence and execution alignment.
- Identify and manage risks, eliminate obstacles, and monitor metrics to improve workflow efficiency and reduce waste.
- Guide leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile methodologies, promoting a culture of growth and development.
- Champion continuous improvement in PI Planning and other SAFe events, utilizing insights and feedback for enhancement.
- A minimum of 8 years of practical Agile coaching experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Release Train Engineer, assisting software product teams, divisions, or organizations in navigating the complexities of adopting and scaling agility.
- At least 2 years of experience in the role of a Release Train Engineer (RTE).
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and practices.
- Demonstrated capability to coach and mentor leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters effectively.
- Experience in leading and managing multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) concurrently.
- Possession of at least one SAFe certification, with Scrum Master/SAFe Practice Consultant 6.0 being preferred.
- Experience with Jira administration is advantageous.
- Additional certifications are highly desirable, including SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), SAFe Scrum Master, and SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager.

Compensation Range
The typical salary range for this position is between $112,000 and $179,000, reflecting the expected compensation based on experience and other relevant factors.
