Team Supervisor

Objective:
Oversees a group of staff members at a specified location, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver an outstanding customer service experience.
Supervise, guide, and nurture your team members.
Develop and manage employee schedules.
Guarantee that the entire team is consistently providing an exceptional member experience.
Address member, staff, and facility issues, concerns, and challenges as they arise.
Direct your team in Front Desk-related tasks, including but not limited to:
Check members into the system.
Conduct tours for prospective members and assist them with the account registration process.
Facilitate necessary updates to members' accounts.
Contribute to and oversee thorough cleaning in all areas of the facility.
Complete supply orders, adhering to club needs and budget constraints.
Monitor club statistics and reports (weekly, monthly, and annually).
Provide support to the entire team.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Exceptional customer service skills, ideally in the fitness sector.
Experience as a Member Service Representative at the company.
Strong supervisory, diplomatic, and listening abilities.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Suite).
Dedicated, enthusiastic, and energetic.
Effective problem-solving skills.
Current CPR Certification is mandatory.
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Physical Requirements:
Continuous standing and walking during shifts.
Frequent communication in person or over the phone during shifts.
Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
May occasionally encounter commercial cleaning products during shifts.
Our team members and clients are our highest priority, which is why we adhere to strict safety and cleaning protocols.
Mask Policy: All team members are required to wear masks at all times while on-site, and members must comply with all state and local mask mandates.
Enhanced Cleaning: We have always been recognized for our cleanliness, but we have intensified our efforts to ensure our equipment and facilities are thoroughly sanitized.
Contactless Experience: We provide a touchless check-in for our members and encourage maintaining a safe distance.Need a break? Full-time employees are entitled to paid leave.
