Job Description Overview

We are seeking a skilled Design Engineer to develop, design, analyze, test, and start-up technical sub-resonant vibratory products and systems. This position requires collaboration with other areas such as Production Engineering, Customer Service, Sales, and R&D testing.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze issues logically and comprehensively, distinguishing between relevant and irrelevant information.
  • Recognize and analyze potential high stress/strain areas of a design.
  • Understand basic business concepts and respond to customer requests.
  • Take ownership and show support for work-related initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience as a design engineer in a manufacturing environment.
  • 1+ years of experience designing heavy machinery for applications in large industrial settings.
  • Engineering experience designing capital industrial equipment is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of GD&T and computer-aided design systems, preferably Inventor and ANSYS FEA.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
