Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team at Compass Group, North America. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Sweep, mop, and polish floors to maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety.
  • Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies to ensure a clean and dust-free environment.
  • Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Dust and polish furniture and fittings to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Clean metal fixtures and fittings to maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety.
  • Empty and clean trash containers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Dispose of trash in a sanitary manner to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Wipe down glass surfaces to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Make up beds and change linens as required to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Respond to guest queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Respond to calls for housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glasses, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to team efforts and exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow associates, and others.
