Electronic Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing quality control processes, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Management: Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems (QMS) in compliance with ISO9001, ESD S20.20, AS9120, AS6081, and ISO17025 standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead the quality control team, providing direction, training, and mentorship to ensure consistent application of quality practices.
- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for quality issues, collaborating closely with engineering, production, and procurement teams.
- Process Improvement: Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Audits and Compliance: Oversee quality audits, both internal and external, maintaining documentation and reporting for compliance and certification purposes.
- KPIs and Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of quality management activities and drive continuous improvement.
- Supplier and Customer Engagement: Engage with suppliers and customers to ensure quality requirements are met and resolve any quality-related concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ISO9001, ESD S20.20, AS9120, AS6081, and ISO17025 standards.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 standards.
- Proficiency in quality improvement tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in team management and development.
