About the Job

We are seeking a professional and high-energy Bartender to join our team at our Wentzville location. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving classic cocktails and custom, themed beverages to our guests, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests, read and listen to their preferences, make recommendations, and take drink orders.
  • Know the drink menus and inform guests about new beverages and specials.
  • Select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages to guests.
  • Check identification to ensure guests are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
  • Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register.
  • Maintain a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old at the time of hire.
  • Professional and high-energy individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Knowledge of classic cocktails and ability to learn new recipes.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
