Job Summary

KIOTI Tractor, a leading manufacturer of compact tractors and utility vehicles, is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in Wendell, NC. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management:
    • Transfer inventory to designated locations
    • Track incoming and outgoing products
    • Provide inventory control reports as required
    • Maintain count accuracy through digital and physical counting
    • Conduct annual physical inventory counts
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements
    • Optimize receiving and shipping processes by identifying new pick locations
    • Resolve inventory discrepancies by identifying errors and completing proper corrections
    • Monitor and control inventory integrity
  • Other Responsibilities:
    • Review product on each shelf, clean, and replace old or unreadable labels
    • Determine and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Optimize employee workflow to improve processes
    • Monitor inventory levels and report findings to the Procurement team as needed
    • Inspect equipment and order repairs and replacements as required, including daily maintenance reports
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
  • 1-5 years of related inventory experience
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • Excellent mathematical skills
  • Familiarity with inventory control systems
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present information
  • Forklift certification (a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) required; experience with Solomon, Dynamics SL, or similar CRM a plus
