We're looking for a highly skilled Visual Content Creator to lead our photography efforts and contribute to the success of our brand. As an In-House Photographer at Odd Sox, you will be responsible for capturing stunning images that showcase our products and tell our brand story.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on our visual identity. As our In-House Photographer, you will work closely with the Marketing and eCommerce teams to develop and execute a comprehensive visual strategy that drives engagement and sales.

Responsibilities
  • Capture high-quality images of our products, including eCommerce product shots, themed and lifestyle shots, and event photography.
  • Develop innovative photo concepts based on product briefs and creative direction, ensuring that the final images reflect the creative vision for each shoot.
  • Provide art direction on styling, lighting, and composition, ensuring that the final images meet high visual standards.
  • Edit photos in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.) and other editing software's to deliver final assets in a timely manner.
  • Manage Image Relay for content with correct Metadata, ensuring accurate and efficient image management.
  • Collaborate in image selection for catalogs, campaigns, and social media posts, contributing to the overall visual strategy of the brand.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or proven experience as a professional photographer, ideally with a focus on product, lifestyle, or commercial photography.
  • Strong understanding of lighting techniques, composition, photography equipment, and photography principles.
  • Strong creative presence, attention to detail, and artistic flair, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to stand and move around for long periods at a time, as well as travel to locations as required by the job.
  • A portfolio showcasing your creative vision and photography skills, demonstrating your ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
