Head Baker

At Bodega Latina, we are seeking an experienced Head Baker to oversee the production of high volume bakery products in our state-of-the-art facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all baked goods meet our high standards of quality and consistency.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a full-time position with benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and a strong background in baking and pastry arts. You will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the daily production of bakery products, including bread, pastries, and desserts.
• Ensuring that all products meet our quality standards and are presented in a visually appealing manner.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Supervising a team of bakers and providing guidance and training as needed.

You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth and development.

• Bachelor's degree in baking and pastry arts or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of baking and pastry techniques and ingredients.
