Preventionist Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Preventionist at our Delaware Regional Office.

• Develop and implement infection control programs in accordance with local practice acts and regulations.
• Supervise nursing activities and functions to ensure effective infection prevention practices.
• Plan and conduct training seminars to promote infection prevention knowledge among staff members.

• CURRENT DE NURSING LICENSE OR COMPACT NURSING LICENSE REQUIRED.
• MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF CLINICAL/HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE WITH AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF INFECTION CONTROL EXPERIENCE.
• BACHELOR'S DEGREE MINIMUM.
• CERTIFICATION IN INFECTION CONTROL (CIC) SHOULD BE ACHIEVED WITHIN 6 MONTHS IN THE POSITION FOR CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT.

Our company offers a competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
