Job Title: Crew Member/Restoration Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Crew Member/Restoration Technician to join our team at SERVPRO. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for responding to emergency service calls, restoring properties to their pre-loss condition, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to emergency service calls and assess damage to properties
  • Develop and implement restoration plans to restore properties to their pre-loss condition
  • Perform water, fire, and mold damage restoration services
  • Communicate effectively with customers, management, and other technicians to ensure efficient production processes
  • Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment
  • Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown to leave job sites with a clean and orderly appearance
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • IICRC certifications a plus
  • Experience in cleaning/restoration a plus
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in tight spaces
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle
