GROW THROUGH LIFE COUNSELING INC. is seeking a dedicated Licensed Outpatient Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) to join our team in Santee, CA.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to provide top-notch care to patients in Santee, CA without the burden of extensive paperwork, thanks to our comprehensive intake, billing, and referral support services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to patients in Santee, CA with a focus on ensuring patient safety across all age groups.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 2+ years of experience in counseling youth and demonstrate a genuine passion for this field.
  • Strong interest in implementing early intervention strategies while working with youth.
  • Should demonstrate a deep understanding of child development and cater to diverse needs at different developmental stages.
  • Knowledgeable about childhood mental health disorders and capable of offering appropriate support.
  • Willingness to collaborate effectively with a team to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards and strictly adhere to all legal guidelines in practice.
  • Proficient in timely documentation following policy guidelines.
  • Skilled in using Google Docs and Gmail for internal communications.
  • Preferred qualifications include previous experience in outpatient counseling, working with military families, and being an effective outpatient provider.
  • Previous Telehealth experience is advantageous.
  • Desire to actively engage with the team, attend social events, and willingness to work with couples.
  • Experience or familiarity with the military population is a plus.
  • Able to provide substitute supervision when necessary.
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred.
  • Possess multicultural expertise to cater to a diverse patient population.

Compensation:

  • $70,000 - $100,000 yearly
