Job Summary

We're seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team at KinderCare Education in San Marcos, California. As a key member of our learning center, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Implement our research-backed curriculum to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Create a positive, inclusive atmosphere that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth
  • Partner with parents to provide exceptional care and education for their children
  • Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve goals
  • Cultivate strong relationships with families, teachers, and community partners
Qualifications
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds, work indoors or outdoors, and engage in physical activity with children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
