Guaranteed Hours:36 hours per week

Experience:Minimum of 2 years

License:Registered Nurse (RN) License

Certifications:Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred

Must-Have:Experience in Critical Access settings, ER, Med-Surg, and ability to function as a House Supervisor

Job Description:

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients across the pediatric to geriatric spectrum.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
  • Demonstrate expertise in managing various units, including the Emergency Room and Med-Surg departments.
  • Work independently and efficiently, with the ability to adapt to changing roles and responsibilities.
  • Be flexible to cover different units and meet the needs of the facility as required.
  • Utilize electronic medical records effectively, with experience with EPIC being a plus.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Holiday coverage is mandatory for this position.
