We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant - LNA to join our team at Crestwood Center. This part-time opportunity offers competitive wages, shift differentials, and benefits.

About the Role

The LNA will work under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide direct and indirect patient and resident care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting patients and residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.
  • Reporting changes in patient and residents' condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor.
  • Participating in the care planning process.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF A STATE APPROVED CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT PROGRAM.

The estimated salary for this position is $21.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
