We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sports Medicine Outreach Manager to join our team at Mercy. As a key member of our Sports Medicine department, you will be responsible for managing and directing our sports medicine outreach efforts, including supervising a team of sports medicine professionals and building relationships with community partners.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and direct sports medicine outreach efforts, including supervising a team of sports medicine professionals
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, including primary care physicians, orthopedic surgeons, and other healthcare providers
- Develop and implement strategies to promote sports medicine services and increase revenue
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and communications, to promote sports medicine services
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sports medicine outreach efforts and make recommendations for improvement
- Graduate of an accredited athletic training program
- Board certification as an athletic trainer
- At least 5 years of experience in sports medicine, with previous leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
