Job Title: Acute Care Physical Therapist

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Glenwood Springs, Colorado.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to provide acute care services to patients in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in Colorado
  • Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
  • BLS certification
  • Minimum 1-year experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams
