NorthWest Arkansas Community College is seeking qualified applicants to establish a pool for part-time and/or substitute instructors in the disciplines of History, Philosophy, Political Science, or Geography. The instructor will teach college courses in these areas, depending on their area of expertise.

The ideal candidate will have a Master\u2019s degree and a minimum of 18 graduate hours in the discipline. College-level teaching experience is also required.

We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate teaching ability and have experience with leadership at a community college or educational institution. The ability to use an online platform and deliver instruction online is a plus.

The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a diverse educational community and cultural learning environment. They will also be able to use technology for instruction and have experience or interest in project-based, service-learning, or inquiry-based learning.
