As a Confectionery Artisan, you will have the unique opportunity to craft delightful treats that bring joy to others. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating sweet confections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Combine various ingredients according to established recipes to achieve desired flavors, textures, and colors.
• Ensure a steady workflow in the production area by managing pans and trays in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) throughout the workspace.
• Comply with all Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines and food safety protocols.
• Entry-level positions and training opportunities are available.

Essential Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive bending and reaching.
• Basic mathematical skills are necessary.
• A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
• Flexibility in work schedules is required.
