As a key member of our Department of Neurosurgery, you will have the opportunity to practice in the area of general neurosurgery, with a focus on spine care and neurotrauma services.

The successful candidate will be expected to have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent, be eligible for state medical licensure, and have completed a neurosurgery residency program. As a full member of the health system, you will have access to a broad, integrated network of doctors, hospitals, clinics, and specialized institutes across West Virginia, Southwestern Pennsylvania, Western Maryland, and Ohio.

Wheeling Hospital has served the Northern Panhandle of West Virginia, Eastern Ohio, and parts of Pennsylvania longer than any other hospital in the state. With 247 beds and a medical staff of 230 primary care and specialty physicians, we offer a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
