  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, ordering supplies as needed to ensure that the lounge/bar area is always well-stocked.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, communicating effectively to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing circumstances and priorities as needed.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times, adhering to our hotel's standards and policies.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Three to six months of related experience, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Certifications: Alcohol Awareness Certification, as required by state regulations.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, developing alternative solutions and using reason to address emotional topics.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
