Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain sepsis program protocols and therapies to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with medical and hospital staff to provide multidisciplinary care to patients with sepsis, including rounding with physicians and reviewing clinical data.
- Provide education and clinical expertise to care teams, patients, and families on sepsis diagnosis and treatment.
- Collect and analyze sepsis program patient data to inform clinical care and improve outcomes.
- Participate in Performance Improvement activities to ensure continuous Quality Improvement.
- Current licensure with the TN Board of Nursing.
- Experience working on personal computers using spreadsheets and word processing.
- Ability to navigate electronic medical records systems with confidence.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with healthcare providers and departments.
