Qualifications

  • Comfortable in water - ideally knowledgeable in all four swimming strokes
  • Passionate about working with children and witnessing their development
  • Ability to engage positively with a diverse range of students across various ages
  • Completion of the British Swim School Training program is required

Responsibilities

Upon successful completion of the training program, Aquatic Swim Instructors will teach water acclimatization, survival skills, and stroke refinement to students of all ages and skill levels. Additionally, instructors will participate in ongoing training sessions to stay aligned with British Swim School standards.

  • Ideal candidates are dependable, supportive, enthusiastic, and enjoy creating a fun learning environment.
  • No prior competitive swimming experience or swim teaching background is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):

  • Experience in teaching or coaching
  • Certifications in CPR, First Aid, or Lifeguarding
