HCA Physician Recruitment is seeking a dedicated **Critical Care Physician** to enhance our dynamic program in **North Central Florida**. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a **busy and expanding healthcare system**.
Key Responsibilities- Work **12-hour shifts** from **7 am to 7 pm**, with additional night coverage.
- Manage a **34-bed Medical/Surgical ICU**, including specialized areas such as **neuro ICU** and **CVICU**, all supported by **24-hour physician coverage**.
- Participate in an **ACGME accredited residency program**, with opportunities for **teaching and mentorship**.
- Engage in an **open ICU model** that mandates intensivist consultations.
- Maintain **board certification or eligibility** in critical care.
