We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at St. Luke's Health System. As a critical care specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide respiratory care to patients with a wide range of conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, and acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS).
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in respiratory therapy and apply this knowledge to improve patient care.
- Valid license to practice respiratory therapy in the state of practice.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist credentials by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
- Current CPR Healthcare Provider certification.
- 1 year of critical care experience.
