Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Interim HealthCare of the Twin Cities. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work in a home care setting, providing one-on-one care to patients in their own homes. This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday, with a competitive salary range of $86,091.20 to $105,726.40 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop personalized plans of care.
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, including exercises, activities, and education to promote independence and mobility.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes, and participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Minnesota.
  • At least two years of experience as an occupational therapist, preferably in a home care setting.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
  • CPR certification.
