- Ensures a sanitized and organized patient care environment.
- Provides assistance during patient assessments and medical procedures.
- Records and monitors patient vital signs, supports nutritional needs, and communicates observations effectively.
- Commits to providing exceptional surgical services that surpass patient expectations and improve operational effectiveness.
Core Responsibilities:
- Complies with center policies while demonstrating fiscal responsibility.
- Adheres to established standards and protocols for peri-operative nursing care.
- Maintains expertise in aseptic techniques.
- Recognizes and addresses the diverse needs of patients across various age demographics.
- Follows safety protocols, particularly those concerning bloodborne pathogens.
- Participates in professional development activities.
- Employs proper body mechanics and aseptic practices.
- Remains calm and collaborates effectively with team members in high-pressure situations.
- Communicates relevant daily updates to the Manager.
- Assists in the cleaning and preparation of the operating room in accordance with established guidelines.
- Adheres to employee health and staffing regulations.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Current CPR certification.
- Exhibits fundamental clinical competencies.
