Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent at Home2 Suites Augusta, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and handling room reservations. Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary information is collected.
  • Room Reservations: Make and modify room reservations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Hotel Operations: Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain good communication with fellow associates and other departments within the hotel.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Experience: Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Possess a positive and upbeat personality, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
