- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
- Monitor and analyze clinical data to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based practices.
- Current Maryland Registered Professional Nurse License.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field (required or in pursuit within 6 months of accepting position).
- Three years of clinical nursing experience, with 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred.
