Automotive Detailer

We are seeking an Automotive Detailer - Exterior Perfection Specialist to join our team at Yach's Body & Custom. This entry-level position offers great opportunity for advancement and comes with a solid income in automotive detailing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and preparing vehicles for customer delivery to our quality standard. Key responsibilities include:

• Inspecting vehicles for noticeable defects (i.e., dents, scratches, torn upholstery, etc.)
• Thoroughly washing the vehicle exterior and interior
• Applying wax to the vehicle body and buffing surface exterior surfaces
• Vacuuming the vehicle interior to remove loose debris
• Cleaning upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces
• Revitalizing and preserving interior vinyl or leather surfaces
• Treating fabrics with spot and stain-resistant chemicals
• Using special-purpose cleaners to remove materials normal cleaning procedures do not remove

In addition to these key responsibilities, we are looking for someone who:

• Has strong communication skills and can communicate effectively with our team
• Is organized and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Has completion of high school or equivalent education, with two years of detailing experience preferred but not required
• Is goal-oriented and able to meet and exceed the goals of the role

Salary: $15-$20 per hour
