Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide consistently high standards of customer service, ensuring that customers receive a personalized and engaging experience within the store.
  • Sales Performance: Through effective customer service, individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability targets.
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately process sales transactions at checkout, ensuring secure and efficient service.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store, adhering to all visual merchandising guidelines according to Puma standards.
  • Inventory Management: Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise, ensuring accurate and timely inventory management.
  • Compliance and Safety: Comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies, and key accountabilities, maintaining a safe, healthy, and complaint working and shopping environment.
  • Flexibility: Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, with the possibility of overtime.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear).
  • Teamwork: Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of computer skills and basic know-how about MS Office programs.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.
