We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy, a leading provider of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services. As an Orthopedic Physical Therapy Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' strengths and weaknesses to develop effective treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions to promote patient recovery and functional independence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction
With a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, you will have the opportunity to grow your career and contribute to the success of our organization.
Requirements:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate degree preferred
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to adapt to changing patient needs
