Job Summary

We are seeking an E-commerce Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team at Walmart Supercenter #167 in Crossett, AR. In this role, you will be responsible for filling and dispensing online orders with accuracy and efficiency.

About the Role

This is a part-time position working mid-shift and closing hours, offering a competitive hourly wage of $14 - $21 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums for specific circumstances.

Key Responsibilities

As an Online Order Filling Team Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise for online orders
  • Making appropriate product substitutions and consulting with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction
