System Coordinator

At Keep Trinidad Safe, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our coalition, you will play a critical role in addressing homelessness and improving the effectiveness of homeless services systems in Las Animas and Huerfano counties.

• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, service providers, community agencies, and housing providers, to build and maintain strong relationships and foster a collaborative environment.
• Lead and oversee projects aimed at addressing homelessness, using continuous quality improvement methodologies, and manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
• Develop and implement evidence-based practices and strategies to enhance service delivery and outcomes, and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Leverage data analysis to inform decision-making and assess the impact of system changes, and create and maintain systems to track and measure project performance.
• Facilitate and/or co-design Coordinated Entry System and Case Conferencing meetings, and implement follow-up procedures to track client progress and outcomes.
• Pinpoint and amplify training and capacity-building necessities for agencies and key players, and spearhead transformative training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

• Bachelor's degree in social work, public administration, community planning, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, systems coordination, or homelessness services, with a focus on community-based initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in facilitating multi-stakeholder collaboration, change management, and continuous quality improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools to inform decision-making and track progress.
• Experience working with government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community-based services.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software.
• Flexibility in schedule, with the ability to work occasional evenings and weekends based on project needs.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize job duties in a busy and constantly changing work environment.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits will be discussed with the employer.
