Job Description:

At Redwood Family Care Network, we are seeking highly skilled and compassionate individuals to fill the role of Support Workers for overnight shifts at our Covina Hills location. This is an exceptional opportunity for dedicated professionals to make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting these individuals with their daily care needs, redirecting behaviors through engaging activities, and establishing consistent daily routines. A valid driver's license and driving record are also required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist adults with developmental disabilities with daily care tasks
  • Redirect behaviors through activities and engage in meaningful interactions
  • Maintain accurate records of daily routines and progress
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, hold current certifications in CPR/First Aid, CPI, and DSP 1 & 2, and have a valid driver's license and driving record.
