RN Asc Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Asc Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and supervision of personnel in assigned areas, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of services in assigned areas, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to manage patient care.
- Ensure the quality and safety of care, maintaining a smooth patient flow within the department.
- Collaborate with leadership and other business functions to enhance clinical care models and operational flow.
- Maintain adequate supplies and equipment in assigned areas, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Ensure an environment of "survey readiness" in assigned areas, adhering to regulatory requirements and standards.
Requirements:
- Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Current RN License in the State of Washington.
- Current AHA-BLS and ACLS certification.
- 2+ years of nursing experience in specific assigned areas (OR, Endoscopy/GI Lab, or POH PACU).
- 2+ years of leadership experience (lead, supervisor, and above) in a clinical setting or demonstrated equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Operating Room (OR): Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification.
- Endo/GI Lab: CGRN (Certified Gastroenterology Registered Nurse) certification.
- POC/POH/PACU: ASPAN Certification.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of ADA, Fitness for Duty, FMLA policy, HIV counseling procedures, and blood-borne pathogen protocols.
- Skills in effective communication, interpersonal relationships, and written communication.
- Abilities in critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability.
Physical and Mental Demands:
- Frequent standing and walking, with occasional running during emergencies.
- Ability to use hands and fingers to handle objects, tools, and medical equipment.
- Good visual acuity, hearing, and speech clarity.
Working Conditions:
- Can involve dealing with sick patients, with frequent exposure to communicable/infectious diseases.
- Interaction with others is busy, constant, and occasionally interruptive.
Salary Range:
$88,000 to $173,200 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
