Digital Marketing Leadership Role in New Brunswick

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is a leading institution seeking an experienced professional to serve as Assistant Director for Digital Marketing.
Job Summary:This role reports to the Director of Marketing and Communication and to the Associate Vice President for Continuing Studies at the Division of Continuing Studies (DoCS). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic planning and tactical execution to increase enrollments in and awareness of continuing education (CE) programs and services offered by Rutgers.
- Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive enrollments and promote lifelong learning opportunities through various channels, including social media, email, and analytics-driven digital marketing initiatives.
- Team Supervision: Supervise staff on marketing initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration and communication within the team.
The Assistant Director for Digital Marketing will be responsible for the following key duties:
- Planning and implementing marketing campaigns for revenue-generating lifelong learning programs
- Developing and managing content for DoCS-managed websites, portals, and pages that promote enrollment in lifelong learning opportunities
- Analyzing data to gauge the success and cost-effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and activities
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years of experience in marketing and/or enrollment management, multi-media content generation, and marketing analytics tools. Additionally, the successful candidate must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
$65,000 - $85,000 per year: Salary range based on industry standards and location.
