Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate, design, and implement patient plans of care to ensure quality patient care
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that are individualized, evidence-based, and consistent with clinical best practice
  • Continuously evaluate patient responses to treatments and revise plans of care as needed
  • Provide interpretation of prescriptions, perform initial evaluations, and establish treatment plans with functional and/or work-related goals
  • Document all treatment and complete written communications in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Master of Science or Doctorate degree from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current Physical Therapy license issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Board of Allied Health
  • EMR experience
