About the Job:
The Division of Developmental Disabilities is seeking a Physician Specialist Option D to serve as a staff psychiatrist at the Shapiro Center. The ideal candidate will have expertise in psychiatry and excellent communication skills. As a member of our team, you will contribute to the development of comprehensive treatment plans for individuals with mental health conditions.

Duties:
- Serve as a staff psychiatrist and provide treatment to a caseload of individuals
- Conduct quality assurance checks associated with restraints, assessment of injuries, behavior modification programs, etc.
- Provide specialized medical consultative services in psychiatry or other related areas

Requirements:
- Valid State of Illinois Physician and Surgeon License
- American Board Certification in Psychiatry
- 2 years of experience in coordinating medical services with other professional disciplines and supportive personnel

Estimated Salary: $22,000-$28,800/month ($264,000-$346,560/year)
