Schedule: 36 hours, Nights - 3-12 hour shifts, 7pm-7:30 am, Every other weekend, holiday rotation. Competitive Benefits package including Public Service Loan Forgiveness
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress
Requirements:
- BSN required
- Massachusetts Registered Nurse License required
- BLS required
- Must obtain ACLS prior to end of orientation and may not practice independently without ACLS
- PALS preferred
