Transteck, Inc., one of the largest Freightliner dealers in the United States, is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team in Levittown, PA.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to work as the main contact between our customers and our service shop.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers and technicians
  • Conduct visual safety inspections of customer vehicles and ensure all of their needs are correctly addressed
  • Sell our services to customers and promote our products
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment


Requirements:


  • One year of experience in service roles, sales, or customer service required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
