Job Description:

As an LPN at Genesis HealthCare, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and promoting patient/family satisfaction. Key responsibilities include evaluating patients/residents, contributing to nursing assessments and care planning, administering medications, and supervising patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • You must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
  • Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
  • Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
