Accounts Receivable Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic team at Creative Financial Staffing.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will bring experience in billing, collections, and general ledger systems. They will also possess a collaborative and organized approach to managing financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date billing records is crucial for this position.
  • The successful candidate will prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
  • They will be responsible for processing monthly payroll for specific stakeholders (e.g., vendors or partners) and resolving any payment-related issues.
  • Tracking, collecting, and posting payments to the general ledger system is an essential task.
  • Assisting in preparing documentation for year-end audits is also required.
  • In addition, the candidate will perform other duties as assigned to support the team and organizational goals.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business is preferred (relevant skills and experience may be considered in place of a degree).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with accounting systems such as Intacct GL, ASARA, and other billing platforms.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

This role offers a competitive salary range based on the title, job description, and location. The actual salary will be determined by factors such as experience, qualifications, and performance.
